Growers Girl Club is building a clearer entry point into legal cannabis cultivation for women who are ready to learn, work, lead, and one day own. We pair practical knowledge with the language, standards, and confidence the workplace expects.

The Academy introduces the systems, vocabulary, and daily practices used inside professional cultivation facilities. The founding cohort is intentionally small, supportive, and hands-on.

Is this a consumption event or dispensary?
No. Growers Girl Club is centered on professional education, career preparation, leadership, and community within the legal cannabis industry.
Do I need cannabis experience to express interest?
No. The Academy is being designed to help women build foundational cultivation knowledge and understand professional expectations. Participants must be age 21 or older.
Is the Academy schedule finalized?
The founding cohort is planned as four two-hour sessions held once per week in the St. Louis area. Final dates, location, and enrollment details will be shared directly with interested applicants.
How can an organization support the work?
Potential support can include scholarships, supplies, PPE, speakers, career connections, event support, or other aligned resources. Start by emailing a short note about your organization and the type of partnership you have in mind.
